Worldcom Launches International PR Glossary

Every industry has its jargon and ours is no different. I think it's getting worse, though, as the fields of advertising, public relations, digital, social media and others continue to merge. In fact, I can feel myself slipping into it already as I separate my SEOs from my CRMs and my Brand Attributes from my Brand Personas. Compounding the challenge is the fact that we work on a global basis where a term in one geography can be foreign (pun intended) in another.
